Is the wire suspension system safe?
GRIPPLE suspensions are manufactured with a 5:1 safety factor, as certified by relevant authorities such as Lloyd’s Register, TÜV, and Apave.
Is suspension on wires stable, or does unwanted movement occur?
This depends on the length of the suspensions and whether the installation route is branched or straight. If the suspensions are longer than 2 meters, which is common in production halls, the wire suspension behaves similarly to a threaded rod. In the case of branched routes with lower suspension heights, stabilization occurs thanks to the branching itself.
What surface finish does the wire suspension system have?
The cables are available with a galvanized zinc coating or in stainless steel 316L.
Is the wire suspension system suitable for fire-rated sections?
Yes, the wire suspension system is suitable for fire-rated sections and is certified by FIRES and PAVUS.
What is the maximum load capacity of the wire suspension system?
There is no specific load limitation for the wire suspension system itself. The limiting factor may instead be the ceiling structure to which the system is attached. However, we can always design a suitable cable to meet the required load capacity.
Must the wire suspension system be installed vertically, or can it be installed at an angle?
The wire suspension system can also be installed at an angle of up to 60°, which is an advantage compared to traditional threaded rod suspension systems.
